Common areas and greenbelts

The HOA’s landscaping company has brought to our attention an increasing amount of garbage, yard waste, clippings, Christmas trees and other items being throw into the greenbelt. Please be mindful of our neighborhood and not throw ANYTHING into these areas, even organic and compostable items. Not only is it the law, but we have free yard waste bins as part of our garbage service for these items.  If you have kids, please speak to them and let them know too. Together we can keep our neighborhood clean!
